Lamborghini's new Alpha-One Android smartphone is priced at $2450, which is 2.5 times more expensive than the newly announced iPhone X.
Lamborghini’s new Alpha One smartphone offered by Tonino Lamborghini, the company’s lifestyle division named after the son of Ferucio Lamborghini is priced at $2,450 (INR 1.56 lakhs, excluding taxes). This model, offers similar features to the Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 Edge and the LG G6 but is priced much higher.
Taking luxury to the next level, Lamborghini’s new Alpha-One Android smartphone is made of the finest material. It boasts of handcrafted Italian leather and a liquid alloy that resists corrosion but yet contributes to a lighter weight.
Features include a 5.5 inch WQHD screen with resolutions of 2560×1440 pixels. The smartphone runs on Android Nouogat and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor. In terms of memory capacity, the Alpha-One receives a 4GB RAM with 64 GB storage, expandable to 128 GB. There is a 20 megapixel rear facing camera, 8 megapixel front facing camera and 3,250 mAh battery with dual SIM card slots and finger print scanner.
At a cost of $2,450, the Lamborghini Alpha-One smartphone is 2.5 times that of what Apple IPhone X is priced at. The OnePlus 5, released in June 2017 is also offered at $460. This while Samsung’s old flagship Galaxy S7, and S7 Edge, which also sports similar features to the Lamborghini Alpha-One, but are priced much lower.
Lamborghini Alpha-One is offered both in the UK and UAE and online. In the UK, the smartphone is on sale at Harrods while in the UAE it can be purchased from the Levant luxury boutique in the Dubai Mall.
