Apple fans wait ended last week, with the company unveiling its latest generation iPhones -- iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and the tenth anniversary iPhone edition, iPhone X. All three new iPhones boasts of several new features vis-a-vis previous-generation iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Display: Old

Apple iPhone 8 features a 4.6-inch display with 750x1334 pixels resolution. The size and pixel density of the phone is same as that of Apple iPhone 7.

Processor new 
Apple iPhone 8 is powered by the company's own 10nm A11 Bionic chipset with a 6-core processor. It is claimed to be 25% faster than the previous-generation A10. The A10 chipset powers the company's iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus smartphones.
Design: New


Apple iPhone 8 flaunts a new aluminium and glass design. The company claims that the glass finish is made using a seven-layer color process for precise hue and opacity. The smartphone also comprises aerospace-grade aluminum bezels.



Camera: New


The latest iPhone 8 comes with the same 12MP rear camera which was there in iPhone 7 as well. The camera comes with Quad-LED true tone flash with slow sync which offers more uniformly lit backgrounds and foregrounds.

Base storage variant: New


With the launch of this year's iPhones, the company has increased the base storage capacity to 64GB variant. All three new iPhones -- iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X -- have 64GB as base storage.



Wireless charging: New


All three new iPhones, including iPhone 8, come with wireless charging support. The wireless charging on iPhone 8 works on Qi standard.



Water and dust resistance: Old


iPhone 8 comes with IP67 rating just like its predecessor which makes the device dust, splash and water resistant.
